This is volume two of the Full Fathom Five retrospective. This collection is mostly made up of studio recordings when the band was going full throttle. Sending half our lives in transit van whizzing up and down the country...shit, we even played the Hacienda!
Tracks 1 &2, It Matters and Walk Away, were recorded at Rondor Music Publishing studios in London. The big break that didn't really go anywhere...

Tracks 3-9 were recorded at FON Studios, Sheffield as live takes, with just a few guitar overdubs.
Superskank, Something Inside, Down and When Morning Comes were recorded at Riverside Studios, Wakefield and were part of the cassette only Pills EP. I only had cassette versions of Down and When Morning Comes, so I've got the best quality I could I out those. These were the final FFF studio recordings from 1998/9.
Alone was recorded live in our rehearsal studio at Riverside, sometime late 1999 or early 2000.

Full Fathom Five formed in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. They were active from 1994-2000 playing all over the UK. The original lineup was: Vocals; Paul Machin, Guitar; Jonathan Guise-Smith, Drums;Andy Hallows, Bass & Keyboards; Martyn Matthews.
